Mpumalanga Youth Forum
The Mpumalanga Youth Forum initiative was started in 2005 with the intention of empowering youth organizations and youth networks in the province. The initiative is supported by the Desmond Tutu Centre for Leadership (C4L) and the German Agency for Technical co-operation (GIZ).
Objectives of the Mpumalanga Youth Forum
- To facilitate an enabling environment for youth organizations in Mpumalanga to engage with each other, with a fuller range of civil society actors, and with public and private sectors – so as to foster development cooperation.
- To increase the effectiveness and sustainability of participating youth organizations and their networks in Mpumalanga through capacity building, so as to improve the quality and relevance of their development initiatives.
